Data we store

We store the data you provide to operate the Service: organization profile, customer and property records, gate assets, inspection responses, photos, deficiencies, reports, quotes, and tasks. We use this data to render the application and to generate the reports you produce for your customers.

Tenant isolation

Each organization's data is scoped to that organization on every protected query. Users who belong to multiple organizations switch between them explicitly.

Sub-processors

We rely on PostgreSQL, object storage (Supabase or S3-compatible), Creem (billing), and Resend (transactional email).

Data deletion

Organization owners can request data deletion from the settings panel. We will respond to deletion requests in accordance with applicable law.
