No warranty of compliance
The Service helps document inspection workflows. It does not replace applicable codes, standards, manufacturer instructions, professional judgment, or authority-having-jurisdiction requirements. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of inspection data and for compliance with all applicable laws and standards.
Subscriptions and billing
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial periods.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
